Samantha draws from a range of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Person-Centered and Humanistic approaches. This blend allows her to tailor the therapeutic experience to each individual’s needs, ensuring that they receive the support that resonates with them the most. She also has experience working with children and teens in a school setting.
