Coronavirus Info

Upon returning to in person sessions, the office is taking the following precautions to protect our clients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

 

• Clients and families are asked to remain outside or in their vehicles until the scheduled start of their appointment. We will meet you there and escort you into the office. 

• Clients are required to wear masks in the building and during sessions. 

• We will maintain safe distancing.

• Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands prior to and after each session. Children will be assisted in doing so.

• Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the office.

• We schedule appointments at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room and increase time for cleaning between visits.

• Commonly touched items and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized after each use.

• Play therapy toys are limited to those that are easily cleaned. Toys are thoroughly cleaned with EPA approved disinfectant between each client.

• Physical contact is not permitted.

• Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.

• A HEPA air filter will be running at all times the office is occupied. Temperature allowing, office windows will be opened for increased ventilation.
