Payment for Services

This practice is currently self-pay, meaning you pay for each session at the time of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flex Spending Account (FSA) card payment.

We do not accept insurance at this time, however we can give you a printout of billing, called a Superbill, to submit to your insurance. Some clients get 30% to 70% reimbursement for sessions. Please call the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card to learn more about your ability to use this benefit.

The cost for a 50 minute session is:

Cara Gruhala, EdS, LPC, NCC, PMH-C - $125

Samantha Kates, MS, PLPC, NCC - $100

Krista Gomez Gonzalez, MS, PLPC, NCC - $115

Mackenzie Shanks, MS, LPC, NCC - $115

Emily Mallette, MS, PLPC, NCC - $100

We do accept a certain number of clients on a sliding scale basis. If money is a concern, please let me know when you call and we will share our sliding scale criteria with you.

Seeds of Change Counseling & Consulting, LLC opted out of network with Medicare effective 1/1/2024. Opting out means Seeds of Change Counseling & Consulting, LLC cannot be involved in any Medicare program; including original fee-for-service (traditional) Medicare, Medicare Managed Care Plans, Medicare+Choice Plan and Medicare Advantage Plan. Clients on Medicare are invited to sign a Medicare Private Pay Opt-Out Medical Services Contract at the start of their services. Seeds of Change Counseling & Consulting, LLC does not provide Superbills to clients on Medicare.
