We believe that all brains are beautiful, and that people can thrive when given the correct conditions and support. We also know that life can be difficult and you don't have to do it alone. Our clinicians excel at tailoring therapy sessions to fit our clients, and acknowledge our client's unique neurotypes, backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. You are welcome here.
Our Story
Seeds of Change Counseling & Consulting, LLC was founded by Cara Gruhala. Cara worked solo for several years of practice, renting a single office in a counseling collective. The practice moved to a multi use office on Troon in summer 2020. We added our first part time employees in 2021, and our first full time employees in 2023. By summer 2024 we were bursting at the seams and added a second office space to be able to accommodate more clients. Today we have five clinicians bringing a variety of experience from community, school, and private practive settings prior to joining our group.
