Welcome to Seeds of Change Counseling & Consulting, LLC, where we provide evidence-based, compassionate therapy for individuals, teens, and children ages 4+. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence like ADHD or Autism, relationship challenges, past trauma, or major life transitions, we’re here to support you with personalized care that helps you create lasting change.
At Seeds of Change, we believe that small steps can lead to meaningful transformation. Our licensed therapists offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Seeds of Change Counseling & Consulting, LLC offers in person and HIPAA compliant telehealth sessions to residents of Kansas City, Missouri and surrounding areas. To take part in telehealth sessions clients must be located in Missouri during the appointment.
We provide services for clients age 4 and older. We see clients for a wide variety of concerns including:

Take I-70 east toward St. Louis
Use the clover leaf exit to take US-291 Highway South toward Lee's Summit.
Take the Woods Chapel Road exit and turn right onto Woods Chapel Road
Continue on Woods Chapel passed Price Chopper, Quik Trip, CVS, and Central Bank
Turn left on NE Independence at the stoplight in front of Mimi Boba and Ramen
Turn left on NE Troon Drive.
Your destination will be the first left, into our parking lot at 3720 NE Troon Drive. We are in a tan, mixed use office building on the northeast corner of Independence and Troon.
