Welcome to Seeds of Change Counseling & Consulting, LLC, where we provide evidence-based, compassionate therapy for individuals, teens, and children ages 4+. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence like ADHD or Autism, relationship challenges, past trauma, or major life transitions, we’re here to support you with personalized care that helps you create lasting change.
At Seeds of Change, we believe that small steps can lead to meaningful transformation. Our licensed therapists offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.​​
Seeds of Change Counseling & Consulting, LLC offers in person and HIPAA compliant telehealth sessions to residents of Kansas City, Missouri and surrounding areas. To take part in telehealth sessions clients must be located in Missouri during the appointment.​

We provide services for clients age 4 and older. We see clients for a wide variety of concerns including:

Directions from Kansas City, Missouri
Take I-70 east toward St. Louis for 5.5 miles to 435 South.​

Follow 435 South for 3.5 miles to the 350 E Highway exit toward Raytown/Lee's Summit.
Follow 350 E for 8 miles, then take the Bannister Road exit on your right.
Take a left on Bannister Road, which turns into Colbern Road. Continue straight on Colbern to the traffic circle.
Take the third exit in the traffic circle on Colbern Road, entering Unity Village. Take a immediate left onto NE Blue Parkway and a right at the main Unity Village entrance facing the flags and fountains.
Take an immediate left and follow Unity Circle North past the golf course on your left.
Take the second right on Unity Circle North and you will enter a parking lot facing our building, Unity Tower. The entrance to the building is on the north side.
